Wisma Wreksa builds wooden houses in Gianyar: Joglo, Limasan, Gladag, and Balinese adat. The work is about preserving Nusantara craft in timber. This note is not a catalogue. It is what to send when you are ready to talk about a house form.

Start with the form, then the brief

Write the form first. Then add what you already know: the use of the house, a size if you have one, and whether you want to talk timber as well. We reply with how we can work. The four forms we build

Joglo

Joglo is a wooden house form we build as part of Nusantara craft. If that is the roof and structure you have in mind, say Joglo so the workshop can talk through that build.

Limasan

Limasan is traditional timber house work, made to your brief. If Limasan is the form you want, name it. A size or a sketch helps; it is not required for the first reply.

Gladag

Gladag is wooden house building in the Gladag form. If you have seen a Gladag and want that, write the word. We take the conversation from there.

Balinese adat

Balinese adat covers Balinese traditional buildings in wood. If that is the building you need, say adat — or Balinese adat — so we do not mix it with a Javanese house form.
